Seminar oferit de PMI Romania Chapter: Become "Relationship Management Professional" (24 aprilie 2009)

Become "Relationship Management Professional" este un seminar interactiv despre unele dintre cele mai importante abilitati sociale ale managerului de proiect. Seminarul este programat pe data de 24 aprilie si se va desfasura la Hotel Royal, intre orele 9.00 - 16.00 (cu pauza de pranz si pauze de cafea)...

Seminarul este sponsorizat de catre PMI Romania Chapter ca urmare membrii ei vor plati doar o taxa de cointeresare (pentru membrii PMI Romania Chapter taxa este de 200 lei, pentru cei care nu sunt membri ai PMI Romania taxa este de 450 lei). Din cauza abordarii specifice gen sesiune de "group coaching", numarul participantilor este limitat, inscrierea facandu-se pe principiul "primul platit, primul inscris".

Participarea la acest seminar aduce 5,5 PDU pentru cei certificati PMI.

Descrierea seminarului:

The seminar aims at developing a Project Manager`s skill in the professional management of his daily relationships with stakeholders. This skill is fundamental for bringing projects to a successful conclusion and is an asset both for the individual and for the company he is part of.

As the root goal is for every participant to acquire an actual ability in facing and learning to solve current communication problems, the training path we are offering is group coaching,. This is the reason why the number of participants has to be limited so as to guarantee the greatest interactivity with the trainers.

To acquire relationship techniques and abilities we will discuss the emotion we call "offence", which usually underlies the episodes of disturbing and inefficient automatic behaviour in relations.
According to the so-far successfully tested pattern, the training path will enable participants to:
- acquire an awareness of the structure and of the mechanism of the feeling of offence;
- understand and evaluate the advantages and the great number of disadvantages ensuing to a company when the mechanism of offence starts functioning;
- find professional alternatives to the feeling of offence and learn to use them when communicating with other people.

Emma Rosenberg
Emma Rosenberg Colorni is a self-employed Consultant, specialised in solving both individual and company problems and difficulties through individual emotional coaching and group training and coaching. Since 2006 she has been holding for PMI Northern Italy Chapter seminars for Project Managers aimed at "professional management of relationships". www.emmarc.it.

Lavinia Orsini
Since the beginning her activity includes co-operation with Italian companies in dealing with export in foreign markets. Language teacher, specialised in training Executives in the use of foreign languages. Translator, she has been collaborating with Emma Rosenberg for the English version of her book "No offence at work" and with PMI Northern Italian Chapter for its English publications.
